Turning Classrooms into Learning Labs
We all know that some of the greatest PD is the teacher down the hall, but logistical hurdles and competing demands often get in the way of organizing peer learning experiences. Come learn about the journey of how we’re implementing Learning Labs as a way to collaboratively investigate and experiment with teaching and learning practices. This sustainable model is leading to teacher growth and more cohesive school practices that are having a real impact on student learning.
Reyna Lazarou :
Reyna is a Learning Coach, middle leader and IB educator with a passion for building collaborative partnerships within and beyond her school community. She works closely with students, teachers and leadership teams at the American School of Warsaw to identify and meet the needs of others through coaching, feedback and continuous reflection. She enjoys the challenges that come with supporting learners in varied roles and is always looking to grow as a facilitator and leader. Reyna is motivated to scale change by building capacity in others.
